Cushman and Wakefield drew out some eager brokers yesterday to 681 5th Ave, a 62k SF boutique office/showroom undergoing a complete interior and exterior renovation. From what we heard (and saw) it's an opportunity for a smaller user to get full floor identity on 5th Ave, 30-foot atrium, and two terraces overlooking Central Park.
