We still had enough energy to visit Club 101, for the Appraisal Institute local chapter's luncheon on valuing properties in a distressed market (quite the hot topic, judging by the 125 attendees). Panelists touched on office, retail, residential and land sectors: Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Corcoran; Albert Valuation Group NY's Dan Sciannameo, The Weitzman Group's Marilyn Weitzman, and Metropolitan Valuation Services' Steve n Schleider, with moderator Theresa Agovino of Crain's New York Business, Cushman & Wakefield's Matthew Mondanile (chapter prez), and Appraisers and Planners' Ruth Agnese.
