We go to the movies, so we know the world won’t be around in 2031. But, on the off chance it is, 200 Park Ave (also known as the MetLife Building) can account for 260k SF, thanks to a renewal and expansion to that far off year.
Who are these apocalypse busters? It’s Gibson Dunn & Crutcher expanding from 192k SF. Building owner Tishman Speyer was repped in-house by Megan Sheehan and Calvin Farley, and CB’s Lewis Miller and Andrew Sussman repped the law firm.
