Dudley, who leases the building, tells us 120k SF has been signed or committed this year, and they're in discussions for five requirements from 150k to 500k SF. The building is steps away from Penn Station, plus you can pretty much walk from your office and go as far as boarding a plane without ever touching the street, he says. It’s also the first in NJ to get a WiredNYC gold rating and is aiming for platinum.
