Throwback Zell: Why The 1% Should Be Emulated (VIDEO)

In the midst of the 2016 presidential primaryand its upperclass rhetoric—we thought it was a perfect time for a throwback to Sam Zell weighing in with his take on "the 1%." 

In a flashback video from 2014, Zell told Bloomberg TV that people should focus on emulating the wealthy, rather than envying them.

"The 1% work harder, the 1% are much bigger factors in all forms of our society," Zell said in our Bisnow Video Of The Day. "The stories are rampant of people who started with a candy store and took it from there."
