The Edinboro University Foundation funded construction of the hall, developed by American Campus Communities.With lots of snow and long winters, it's important to be good stewards of how we use our energy, Kim says. So, occupancy sensors in common areas mean that lights come on if someone is there.There are also interior and exterior sensors for heating control. If the outside temp is 70, they don't heat large or unoccupied spaces, she says.
