NACOGDOCHES: SFA Alums Ink Deal at Alma Mater

Who says you can't go home? Prime Multifamily Investors principals Walker Molinare and Aubrey Brisendine (Stephen F. Austin University four-year lettermen and football team captains) wanted to create an off-campus living environment that supported higher learning while providing a fun living environment that the submarket lacks. The duo purchased a 72-unit existing property a mile from SFA with plans to invest $700k to rehab it into a 132-bed project called Social House. Construction is underway. Old Capital’s Paul Peebles and Green Bank’s Mark Dunn were the lenders and Transwestern’s James Roberts and Taylor Snoddy brokered the deal.
