Titan Real Estate And Oxford Property Group Merge, Becoming One Of NYC’s Top 10 Largest Brokerages

Oxford Property Group has merged with Titan Real Estate Group. The combined company will operate as Oxford Property Group.

Titan Real Estate owns the Hecht Group brokerage, and as a result of the merger the combined company will rank as one of the 10 largest brokerages in New York City. Oxford plans to expand its 5K SF office in Midtown Manhattan to make room for the new agents, which will now total over 400.

"The economies of scale will be a win-win for everyone," Hecht Group founder Oded Hecht said in a statement. Oxford co-founder Adam Mahfouda said the merger is part of a larger growth strategy, and said the company is actively pursing other opportunities.
