What We Heard At Bisnow's Philadelphia Property Management Summit

Wednesday morning's Bisnow Property Management Summit at the Ritz-Carlton showcased a number of strategic ways for Philadelphia property owners to go green (and we don't just mean drinking more genmaicha). The day's speakers included sustainability experts from both private and public offices who shared their visions for why Philly isn't just treating energy efficiency as a trend, but has the potential to lead the nation in best practices for reducing waste.
