If you're finding the BOMA International Conference & Expo more crowded than usual, you're not imagining things. With over 3,400 attendees and 450 exhibits, it's the largest event in eight years, BOMA president & COO Henry Chamberlain told us earlier today. The attendees hail from 20 countries, and BOMA continues to expand internationally as interest in the International Property Measurement Standards grows. BOMA is also focusing on increasing its focus on lighting efficiency, energy efficiency and high-performance spaces by partnering with the Department of Energy and the International Facilities Management Association, he reports.
