Survey: Building Managers Prioritize Security Over Sustainability

A Honeywell and KRC Research survey of 500 buildings across seven major US cities shows that building operators and managers prioritize safety and security over sustainability and productivity. Despite this, 82% of building managers believe there are benefits to green initiatives, but over half surveyed said their buildings are not equipped with the right technology to maximize energy efficiency and sustainability.
