Before the TOBY Awards started, we snapped Akridge's Mary Lynch, Courtney Lambert, April Mandell, Rebecca Lambert and Sonia Zamora. The Akridge-managed Carroll Square, a 180k SF office building owned by GLL in Washington, DC, was competing for an Office Building TOBY in the 100k to 249,999 SF range.

Here are DECON Environmental's Jonathan Finch, New Boston Fund's Bunnie Willis, Stiles' Danean Belloise, Soprema's Joanna Carbone and Joanna's son Devin Gignilliat. Soprema, an industrial building in Pompano Beach, FL, was up for an Industrial Office Building TOBY, while Stiles' Tower Shops, a 369k SF center in David, FL, was vying for a Retail Building TOBY.
