Colliers' property management pros are teaming up with a PG&E partner to audit all of its 25 buildings in the city and help with energy savings projects. Among Colliers' notable addresses: 717 Market, the Jewish Community Federation, and 444 Spear. Colliers director of S.F. operations Emily Herson tells us she participates in the Energy and Environmental Committee through BOMA S.F. and has plans to roll out more educational programs to tenants in the future. At Brookfield's 685 Market, tenants received free Clif bars to celebrate Earth Day (because a cake isn't exactly the poster child for the holiday).
