CBRE Buys Retail Management Firm Skye Group To Bolster Retail Services

CBRE acquired retail project management firm Skye Group to increase its service offerings in the retail sector.

Skye, based in Cleveland, specializes in shopping center development, tenant coordination and project management throughout the US and Canada. The firm is led by Bradley Sanders and was founded in 2000. Prior clients include Howard Hughes, Westfield, LaSalle Investment Management and Vornado.

“Skye has earned the reputation as a reliable and efficient solution for shopping center investors and occupiers,” CBRE project management services leader in the Americans Mark Fewin said in a statement.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
