Among its suggestions: partnering with the local animal shelter to bring adoptable pets into the office to frolic, a full-time mixologist, on-site nap rooms, and private, single-stall bathrooms. Above is Chicago-based interior construction firm JC Anderson's in-office basketball court. “We're trying to embrace the trend and give people the flexibility to blow off a little steam," says president Mike Yazbec, whose firm not only has a cool crib, but designs cool cribs.
