Old Aircraft Facility In Playa Vista To Become Creative Office Space

Brentwood Capital Partners in Santa Monica plans to convert three vintage Playa Vista buildings (11811-11821 Teale St) into creative offices.

The Hangars at Playa Vista, as the $9M project has been named, will have 22,400 SF available for lease. Buildings on the campus were built between 1947 and 1951, Urbanize LA reports.

Architectural renderings from SAA show the buildings will have polished concrete floors and high ceilings.

The property served as manufacturing support facilities for Hughes Aircraft.

The development is expected to be completed later this year. [ULA]
