Facebook Inks New 35k SF Lease

Facebook just inked a 35k SF lease with landlord Vantage Property Investors for the Playa Jefferson campus in Playa Vista, a Western LA neighborhood already home to tech giants like Google and YouTube.

The campus will include five buildings with 250k SF of office space, a splendid 50-foot-high glass atrium, and even a green backyard, where Facebook employees can take breaks and bask in the California sun.
