1) Travel with a purpose—Guests seek family-oriented, learning, or philanthropic experiences to go along with their stays. Destination customizes those experiences through its Destination Discoveries learning vacations, which includes programs like art classes or snowshoeing.

2) How customers use mobile—Travelers are not just booking stays with their phones, but talking about and Instagramming their experiences. Hoteliers can learn how they're doing by watching social media.

3) Growing leisure travel—2013 was strong from a leisure standpoint; Jamie sees further strengthening this year, as guests are booking further ahead and putting more thought into how they'd like their experience to be.
