Airbnb is introducing a branded apartment concept.

Working with developer Newgard Development Group, the home-sharing giant will be creating “Niido Powered by Airbnb,” a 300-unit apartment building near Walt Disney World Resorts in Kissimmee, Florida, The Verge reports.

The apartment building is slated to open in 2018 and will be designed with rentals in mind, offering features such as keyless entry and secure storage options for when tenants rent out the unit.

Residents will have to share some of the earnings with Newgard and Airbnb. Newgard will take 25%, while Airbnb will take 3%.

Over the next two years, the duo plans to build another 2,000 Airbnb-branded units across the southeastern U.S., starting with an additional five apartment complexes.
