DIVCO DOES IT AGAIN

How?s the deal flow these days, you ask? Just fine—notwithstanding all that appreciation. Case in point, DivcoWest just completed the sale of 3000-3030 Orchard Pkwy in San Jose to AEW Capital Management. The two-building office complex totals 126k SF in the Golden Triangle/North First Street market. CEO Stuart Shiff says DivcoWest will continue to ?selectively harvest? properties that appeal to investors looking for core assets with good tenants (which in this case include Samsung Electronics and Fairchild Semiconductor). Colliers International's Fred Cordova, Andy Zighelboim, Nate Jones, Jim Beeger, Ryan Eddy, and Tommy Kim repped the seller.
On the buy side, DivcoWest just purchased two office buildings in Concord. The Concord Plaza buildings total 600k SF and are 100% leased to Bank of America for various business units, including a mission critical data center.
