OpenDNS, one of the world’s leading providers of cloud-delivered security, will use Cologix's data center 1050 W Pender in Vancouver as a node for its global network.

“We're entering into new markets,” Jay says. “We're not at a point where it's just a company with Canadian revenues that dominate.” Most recently, Cologix added a Tier IV facility in Columbus, Ohio, and it plans to expand by 25k SF in Minneapolis. Jay also says it's laying subsea cables from its Jacksonville data center so it can be a data launch point into Miami and South America.
