C Spire Wireless is underway with a $20M data center in Starkville, Miss. The 24k SF Tier 3 facility will target businesses within a 250-mile radius, company officials say. The project was designed by Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects, and is slated to open by November. But based on the rendering, we can already tell it's going to have a perfect lawn.
