A new $250M stadium is coming to Exposition Park after the LA City Council unanimously approved the project last week.
The 22,000-seat stadium will be built for the LA Football Club.
The site will include more than 140k SF of public space, a conference center, new restaurants and a soccer museum, according to LAist.
Private funds will pay for the stadium without any money from the city's general fund, according to team officials.
