Carter-Validus Buys In Charlotte

Carter-Validus Mission Critical REIT is on its acquisition roll again. The Florida company just paid $26.4M for a 61k SF data center in Charlotte, according to filings with the SEC. Known as The Charlotte Data Center, the facility is leased entirely to a single unidentified tenant.
