ATLANTA: NAIOP Night!

One of the nation's largest NAIOP chapters came out in force last night to raise $100k for two Atlanta educational charities during its annual NAIOP Night at the St. Regis in tony Buckhead. There, we snapped Ryan Co's Suzanne Markley and Fernando Calvo. He tells us their company is seeing suburban county governments across the country—including Atlanta's Gwinnett and Cobb counties (the latter the new home of the Atlanta Braves)—pushing up property values with the improving economy, especially in multifamily properties.
