Airbnb is bringing tourists into neighborhoods they've never been before, and is changing neighborhoods across the country.
New streams of revenue brought in by tourists can help revitalize poorer neighborhoods, but an influx of tourists can also push rents and retail prices higher and ultimately price out locals, MarketWatch reports.
