Nonprofit Buys Empty Structure, Plans New HQ

Family & Children’s Service acquired a vacant 32k SF warehouse at 2400 Clifton Ave, which will be the nonprofit's new HQ in about three years.

The organization cites the need for more space as the reason for relocating from its current HQ, the 14k SF 201 23rd Ave N, which it has sold. The provider of community-based social services plans to spend $7M to remodel the building, the Tennessean reports.
