Plans Unveiled For E-Commerce Park In Antioch

Distribution Realty Group, an industrial real estate specialist with offices in Chicago and Nashville, has 118 acres off Old Hickory Boulevard in Antioch under contract, where it plans a large e-commerce distribution park that will include two or three buildings. One conceptual site plan unveiled by Distribution Realty shows buildings of 837k SF, 495k SF and 360k SF, the Tennessean reports.

Distribution Realty has asked the Metro Planning Commission for industrial restrictive zoning for nearly 15 acres at the northeast corner of Old Hickory Boulevard and Logistics Way. Colonial Pipeline owns the 118-acre site, the rest of which already has industrial zoning. The development would serve the growing demand for space among e-commerce companies in Nashville.
