Work is underway on a new 21c Museum Hotel in Downtown Nashville now financing for the project has been squared away. US Bank is providing a $22.5M construction loan to remodel 222 Third Ave N into an art-themed hotel that will include a restaurant and bar, the Tennessean reports.
R.C. Mathews Contractor is overseeing the work; the new hotel was designed by Perfido Weiskopf Wagstaff + Goettel Architects. 21c Museum Hotel is an expanding boutique chain, with its flagship in Louisville, with a distinct emphasis on the aesthetics of the common areas. [Tennessean]
