Welcome news for office space owners and landlords: Nashville is the No. 15 city in the nation for fostering entrepreneurial growth and innovation, according to a report released recently by the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

The foundation crunched the numbers by using dozens of key indicators, including number of startups, the number of educated Millennials, quality of life and more. Boston topped the list; Nashville beat out places such as Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Dallas and Houston.
