Now new infrastructure is being created that will ease supply to up to 120 Northern Quarter occupiers, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Electricity North West are at work for a fortnight on a site at Spear and Oldham streets. They are laying new cables which will help Oldham Street businesses and residents, who have been the most severely afflicted by power cuts.
