Whole Foods Opening in Playa Vista

Yet another sign in the rise of Playa Vista! A 35k SF Whole Foods will open June 17 as the anchor for the Runway at Playa Vista, a 3,500-unit residential development. The project is a JV of Lincoln Property, Phoenix Property Co and Paragon Commercial. The grocery will have a full-service bar, Astro Bar, multiple dining areas and seating for more than 150. It will also offer home delivery to Playa Vista residents and a flexi card plan for local Loyola Marymount University students. It will be the first Whole Foods Market store opening in LA since 2008.
