Under-Construction Hollywood Target Still Blocked

Just a few months ago, it appeared the Target on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood might finally be on the way to being finished.

Now, however, the project is facing a legal setback even though the LA City Council voted in May to change the site's zoning after a judge made the building's permits invalid.

It looks as if Target will have to get a Superior Court judge's permission to begin construction again, according to the LA Times. Those opposed to the project are intent on making sure it doesn't get off the ground.
