USC Village Target Set To Open

Target is coming to USC Village.

Target will be the first store in the $700M mixed-use development, the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

The 22K SF store at 3131 South Hoover St. will be a smaller-concept store with about 70 employees. Target's customary stores are usually around 130K SF.

USC Village will include eight residential colleges and 100K SF of retail space. The buildings are designed by HED and constructed by Hathaway Dinwiddie.

The grand opening for the new store is scheduled for 8 a.m. Sunday.
