New Renderings For Palisades Village

Caruso Affiliated

Caruso Affiliated has just released updated renderings of the proposed Palisades Village, a retail destination to be built in the Pacific Palisades.

The 116k SF development with shops, restaurants and a specialty grocer would be built on approximately 2.8 acres facing Sunset Boulevard, Monument Street and Swarthmore Avenue.

Elkus Manfredi Architects is designing the project, which also calls for a five-screen multiplex to revive the old Bay Theater that closed more than 35 years ago, according to Urbanize LA.

The project is scheduled to be completed in late 2017. [ULA]
