The Savi Tech Center in Yorba Linda just sold.

Savi Ranch Property Holdings bought the 376,808 SF, four-building office property at 22705-22745 Savi Ranch Pkwy.

The campus, which covers more than 19 acres, was 100% leased to five tenants when the sale occurred, according to GlobeSt.

More than $13M had been invested in the property by the previous owner for exterior and interior upgrades.

Cushman & Wakefield executive directors Jeffrey Cole, Rick Ellison, Jeff Chiate and director of capital markets Ed Hernandez repped the seller.

The sale price was not disclosed, but the deal is reportedly one of the largest such property sales this year in Orange County. [GS]
