Playa Vista Could Get Another Campus Project

A new office campus (at 12575 W Beatrice St) may be coming to Playa Vista, thanks to NSB Associates.

The developer filed plans with the city last week to build about 250k SF of office space and 3,146 SF of retail near the Marina Freeway.

Chait & Co would design the project, according to Urbanize LA. It would be built on 3.8 acres where buildings currently house CTRL Collective, the co-working space.

The development is one block from other office complexes being built, including Playa Jefferson's Building E and the Brickyard. [ULA]
