Vantage Property Investors has released its expansion plans for Playa Jefferson in Playa Vista.
The new renderings by Kilograph Studio show what the proposed Building E at 12777 W Jefferson Blvd would like like. Gensler is designing the building, according to Urbanize LA.
It will have 55k SF with open floor plans, high ceilings and outdoor decks. There is also a five-floor parking structure that houses 617 cars. Facebook has signed a 50k SF lease at the property.
The building is expected to be completed by fall 2017. [ULA]
