Rendering Of Icon Tower In Los Angeles, The New Netflix Headquarters

The Icon Tower on Sunset Boulevard (rendering above) is still being built, but that's not stopping Netflix from expanding its operations to Hollywood now.

Netflix signed a 10-year lease with Hudson Pacific Properties to use some sound stages at Sunset Bronson Studios (below) next door at 5800 West Sunset Blvd.

Netflix is already shooting a new show, Girl Boss, at the studios, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Netflix plans to lease all 14 stories of the Icon Tower, and is expected to move into the building next year. [THR]
