Netflix Pre-Leases Entire Hollywood Building

Netflix has pre-leased 100% of Hudson Pacific Properties' Icon office building at Sunset Bronson Studios (5800 W Sunset Blvd) in Hollywood.

A growing Netflix had leased 200k SF of the building last year. An additional lease was signed earlier this month for the remaining five floors, which adds up to another 123k SF, The Real Deal reports.

The building is reportedly yielding the highest rent in Hollywood. It is scheduled to be completed by early next year at the latest. Hudson Pacific also has submitted plans for an 18-story office building across the street. [TRD]
