Liminal Space Completes Creative Office Near LAX

Liminal Space

A new creative office building near LAX, 6171 Century, has just been completed.

The 88k SF building was developed by real estate developer Paul Solomon's Liminal Space. The property is the first creative office building developed in the area, according to The Real Deal.

Paul tells Bisnow the area is attracting businesses because it's more affordable than parts of LA's Westside. Paul says 6171 Century provides an advantage because it's easy walking distance to LAX.

Team Rubicon and Stella Travel Services are some of the first tenants in the new building, taking up 10k SF and 9,200 SF, respectively.

Amenities include bicycle storage and an on-site data center. [TRD]
