Cross Campus Is Heading to DTLA

As one more indication downtown LA is booming, Cross Campus is planning to open 33k SF of office space next month in the LA Financial District.

The DTLA campus will take three floors at 800 Wilshire Tower (at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Flower Street) with the option to expand. The offices will be on part of the ground floor and take up the entire second and third levels of the 16-story building, according to DTLA Rising.

The Cross Campus offices will include an event area for 300 people and space to support as many as 600 members with reserved desks and private offices, according to DTLA Rising. There will be 20 hospitality rooms with a shower, a mother's room, booths to make telephone calls and meeting rooms.

Members will have access to unlimited valet parking through Valux.
