Hackman Capital Partners Buys West LA Warehouse For $25M

Hackman Capital Partners forked over $25M, or $337/SF, for a warehouse in West LA.

The two-story, 74k SF warehouse, at 5500 West Jefferson Blvd, will be converted into creative office.

Hackman Capital Partners bought it from Modern Props Inc, a designer of furniture and studio props, The Real Deal reports.

The firm also picked up a 23-acre property in El Segundo last week for $81.5M.

The four buildings on Douglas Street will also be converted into a creative office campus. [TRD]
