Soho House Headed For Malibu

The fancy Soho House, a members-only, private club, has apparently secured a deal for a third location in Malibu.

Soho House is scheduled to open in LA's Arts District this year, in addition to its West Hollywood location on the Sunset Strip. Now it looks as if there will be a third location in Malibu in a 6,900 SF building on Pacific Coast Highway that formerly housed Larry Ellison's Nikita restaurant since a liquor license application is in place, according to Curbed.

Construction work has already begun at the site in the LA Arts District; the club will have a screening room, a music venue and a swimming pool on its rooftop. [Curbed]
