Hudson Pacific Properties' proposed high-rise office tower at 5901 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood is going through some changes.
As a result of a staff review and feedback from the local community, the formerly 18-story, 260-foot-tall building is now going to be just 15 stories and 230 feet tall.
To make the height reduction without affecting the project's planned 274k SF of office space and 26k SF of retail, the building will eliminate a couple of stories of parking, according to Urbanize LA.
The project could be completed in 2017. Less than two months ago, Hudson Pacific fully pre-leased its Icon office building at Sunset Bronson Studios to Netflix. [ULA]
