Plans Revealed For Sunset Blvd Mixed-Use

Hanover Co is pitching a seven-story mixed-use in booming Hollywood at 6200 Sunset Blvd.

The project will include 270 studio, one- and two-bedroom units. There will also be about 12,400 SF of retail and restaurant space. Residents will have access to a swimming pool, two roof decks and a fitness center as well, according to Urbanize LA.

Steinberg is designing the building, which will be developed on a 1.2-acre property at the corner of Sunset and El Centro Avenue. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
