Hanover Pitching Mixed-Use on Sunset in Hollywood

Houston developer The Hanover Co plans to build a mixed-use residential project at 6200 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. The project includes 270 apartments and 12,400 SF of ground-floor retail devoted to restaurant use. The project will replace a one-story strip center that now occupies the 1.2-acre site.

Plans for the 240k SF project were filed last week with the City of Los Angeles Planning Department.

Hanover, a real estate firm focused on developing and managing multifamily has also developed a number of projects in Downtown LA, including a 274-unit project with 12k SF of retail at 1000 S Grand Ave in South Park, and a 284-unit high-rise at 717 Olympic at the intersection of Figueroa. [ULA]
