Three New Fashion Retailers Sign On At Clarks Village

Hermes Investment Management signed three new leases at Clarks Village, Somerset. The White Co, Wonderbra and Gourmet Burger Kitchen will take a total of 7,140 SF at the designer outlet shopping centre.

The White Co opened a 1,754 SF store, the brand’s fourth outlet store within its portfolio. Iconic lingerie brand Wonderbra will be unveiling an 864 SF store.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen is set to launch a 4,500 SF restaurant this November, which will cater for a total of 162 covers. Located within the Restaurant Terrace, the premium burger restaurant will sit alongside Frankie & Benny’s, Prezzo and Pret a Manger.

Realm Limited acted for Hermes Investment Management, while The White Co, Wonderbra and GBK each repped itself.
