Thor Equities Achieves £1M Rent On Dover Street

Caffee Concerto leased 2,600 SF of prime retail at Thor Equities’ 1 Dover St in London.

Opening on the corner of Piccadilly and Dover Street in mid-2017, the gourmet café will be paying £500/SF. A person familiar with the deal tells Bisnow that's a record rent for the street.

Across from The Ritz in Mayfair, 1 Dover St is a beautiful 19th century, six-storey landmark building comprised of 20k SF, including a retail ground floor and upper floor office space.

Caffee Concerto’s lease is for 25 years. TK Retail Property Consultants’ Andy Xitsas, Tim Kourides and Stephen Kourides repped the tenant. CBRE’s Aron Samra and Steven Stedman and Thor Retail Advisors’ Laurence Karsenti repped Thor Equities.
