Singer-turned-cookbook author Kelis will team up with restaurant LeBun this summer to create a bespoke menu for a pop-up restaurant that will open its doors at Leicester House.
Tables have already sold out for July 6, 7, 13 and 14. After that, the duo will hit the road to attend a number of UK festivals throughout the month. A shared passion for street food, eclectic cooking and love of music inspired the KELISxLEBUN concept.
Kelis trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. She made a splash in Austin, TX, when she brought her food truck to SXSW in 2014 and has gone on to produce her own Bounty & Full sauce range and successful cookbook, My Life On A Plate.
